A Note From The President

On April 5th, Fulton High School's TSA Chapter will be boarding their bus and heading to Chattanooga, Tennessee to compete in their fifth year of competition at the state level. I'm so proud to say that this year I will be taking such a dedicated and well rounded team to this year's state conference and I cannot tell you how proud I am to have been around and seen all the hard work that each of our teams have accomplished in these past few months.

Many days have been spent after school huddled around computer screens and in tight brainstorming groups, advisors have spent countless hours making sure their students had the resources they needed and the support to keep pushing on, and peers have kept each other grounded and focused in stressful situations. Fulton High School truly has an astonishing chapter this year and I am extremely impressed with the dedication I have seen and I am excited to see that dedication and enthusiasm continue into our conference competitions in April. As stated in the TSA Creed, "Guided by my teachers, artisans from industry, and my own initiative, I will strive to do my best in making my school, community, state, and nation better places in which to live." Fulton High School's TSA chapter has had many years of triumph and many success stories. Our awards shelf in Mr. Mosley's room is proof of that. However, awards do not measure our success. Our triumph and success comes from our students learning and growth, and we see this year after year as the skills they have developed continue with them through their lives. Trustworthiness, determination, resourcefulness, and creativity have flourished and spread through our school. I see Fulton High School's students using their skills every day and making this school a better place. As this year's Chapter President, I am honored to be leading such a gifted team into the State Conference. I see another successful year in Webmaster and On-Demand Video, and I am eager to see our Video Game team's final product. I believe all of our teams are on the road to success. Make sure to keep an eye on Fulton High School at Chattanooga, you never know what to expect. We enter to learn, and go forth to serve!

Go Falcons!
